    Day 1Arrival in Delhi

    The fun and excitement of your Exotic Heritage Tour to Rajasthan will begin with your arrival at the Delhi Airport or Delhi Railway Station. Arriving in the city, you will be warmly greeted by our tour representatives, who will assist you in settling down in a hotel. Getting into the hotel, you can spend the rest of the day at total leisure; overnight stay will be at the hotel.

    Day 2New and Old Delhi City Tour

    Delhi, being the origin of this cultural tour will open its doors for you today! The day will begin with a city tour of Old Delhi and will include visits to cultural and historical landmarks like Raj Ghat, Red Fort and Jama Masjid; ChandniChowk and local spice market can also be visited during this part of the day.

    Post this, the tour will take you to New Delhi, where you will be visiting QutubMinar which is famed as the tallest stone-tower in the county, and the martyr arch called India Gate. Other attractions of the day will include RashtrapatiBhavan, Lotus Temple and the magnificent Akshardham Temple. With the completion of your tour, you will be driven back to the hotel for your overnight stay.

    Day 3Drive from Delhi to Mandawa, Half Day Mandawa Sightseeing

    With today’s drive from Delhi to Mandawa, you will be stepping onto the magical lands of Rajasthan! A golden mirror to peep through the cultural richness of the Thar Desert, the balmy town of Mandawa boasts of its medieval attractions. Arriving in the town, you will be checked-in into a heritage hotel; relax and get recharged for a fun-frolic tour of Mandawa.

    During the second half of the day, you will be guided through the cultural lanes of Mandawa. Today’s attractions will include the Mandawa Fort, several havelis and local marketplaces; overnight will be spent at the hotel.

    Day 4Drive from Mandawa to Jaipur

    Today, this cultural tour will turn towards the capital of Rajasthan or the ‘Pink City’ Jaipur! Starting with a drive from Mandawa, you will be reaching the imperial city of Jaipur by late afternoon. Soon after your arrival in the city, our tour guides will assist you in checking-in and get you settled in a hotel. Rest of the day will be spent at total leisure followed by your overnight stay.

    Day 5Full Day Jaipur Sightseeing

    Starting the day with a short drive; around 11km, you will be driven to the historic Amber Fort which is also an architectural marvel in Rajasthan Tourism. Within the fort premises, you can visit the Kali Temples, Jai Mahal; also called Hall of Victory, and Jag Mandir. The excitement of the day will reach greater heights with an elephant ride at the Amber Fort.

    Afternoon will be reserved for a visit to Jaipur Observatory, Hawa Mahal, and the City Palace and Museum where you will get to taste the vibrant cultures and traditions of Rajasthan from a close hand. Later in the evening, you will be dropped at the hotel for your overnight stay.

    Day 6Drive from Jaipur to Roopangarh, Full Day Roopangarh Sightseeing

    Waking up amidst the royal charm of Jaipur; after breakfast, you will be driven to a quaint town in Rajasthan called Roopangarh. Located only 3 hours away from the Pink City, this ancient town was once the seat of Maharaja Roop Singh. Arriving in the town, you will be taken for a sightseeing around the historic Roopangarh Fort, which will also serve as your overnight stay destination.

    Explore the hidden corners of 9-turreted fort and castle; revel in its architectural brilliance, discover underground passages, and the royal charm of the Roopangarh Fort. Post this, a guided village walk will get you acquainted with the local cultures. Take a stroll through the narrow, yet lively lanes of Roopangarh and explore traditional arts and craftsmanship.     Day 7Drive from Roopangarh to Luni (via Jodhpur)

Starting the drive in the early hours of the day, you will be reaching Jodhpur after a few hours, and will be free to visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort that stretches around 5km and is touted as one of the most sought after forts in Rajasthan.

    Following this, you will be visiting JaswantThada; a royal tombstone, and the extravagant UmaidBhawan Palace which is built with exquisite sandstones. After these visits, our convoy will continue driving towards the Fort Chanwa Heritage Hotel in Luni for your overnight stay.

    Day 8Drive from Luni to Deogarh, Full Day Deogarh Sightseeing

    After having a filling breakfast in Luni, you will be driven to Deogarh; disctance traversed will be around 140km. Arriving in Deogarh, you will be taken for a tour around the promising Deogarh Mahal that stands atop a scenic hill and was built in the late 1670s as an official abode of the royal families.

    While in the palace, you can also visit a school of miniature paintings that showcases the culture and heritage of Rajasthan in the most vibrant ways. You can also enjoy astounding views of the Aravalli Ranges and the nearby lakes from the palace complex! A visit to the imperial Sheesh Mahal within the Deogarh Mahal will wind up the day; overnight stay will be arranged in hotel or lodge.

    Day 9Drive from Deogarh to Kumbhalgarh (via Ranakpur), Half Day Kumbhalgarh Sightseeing

    Starting with today’s drive from Deogarh to Kumbhalgarh, you will be first driven to Ranakpur which is famed for its pious Jain Temples. Among all the temples to be visited in Ranakpur, Chaumukha Temple will serve as the major attraction. Adorned with around twenty-nine halls and 1,444 pillars, this temples is a major religious site among the Jains in India.

    Continuing further with the drive, you will be reaching Kumbhalgarh by late afternoon. Arriving in your destination for the day, you will be visiting the historic Kumbhalgarh Fort that spreads its flamboyant beauty around 36km and is decked with sacred temples, colourful gardens and water reservoirs. Post these visits, you will be checked-in into a retreat for your overnight stay.

    Day 10Drive from Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur

    This day will begin with a 2 hours’ drive from Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur which is famed as the ‘City of Lakes’ or the ‘Venice of the East’! Arriving within the city, our representatives will get you checked-in into a hotel where you can spend the rest of the day at total leisure.

    Come evening, you will be guided for an exciting boat ride in the Lake Pichola whose charm and appeal gets further adorned by the Jagniwas and Jagmandir palaces. Hereafter, the day will wind up and will conclude with your overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 11Full Day Udaipur Sightseeing

    On this day, you will be taken for a royal sightseeing tour across Udaipur! City Palace will serve as the first attraction of the day and will get followed by Jagdish Temple that was built by Maharaja Jagat Singh in 1651.     Day 12Drive from Udaipur to Kota, Half Day Kota Sightseeing

    After a delicious breakfast at the Udaipur hotel, you will be driven to Kota in Rajasthan. Once an army headquarter, this scenic town is also known for its craftsmanship; specially the Kota Doria Saris! Arriving in Kota, you will be taken towards an opulent palace situated in the middle of an alluring lake. Visit this lake palace to witness and enjoy its historical essence and head towards other major attractions like City Palace and Museum, Kota Fort and Madho Singh Museum. If time permits, you will also be taken to Taragarh which is around 38km from Kota.

    Day 13Drive from Kota to Sawai Madhopur, Safari in Ranthambore National Park

    Following your breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to Sawai Madhopur, which is the abode of the fascinating Ranthambore National Park. Arriving at the park by afternoon, you will be joining an exhilarating jungle safari at the park.

    Delve deep into the lush thickets of the Ranthambore National Park and spot some of the rare and endangered wildlife species in the park. If luck favours, you can spot the majestic Indian Tigers in Ranthambore along other species like Cheetah, Sambar, Gazelles, Chinkara, and others. With the completion of your jungle safari, you will be checked-in either in a resort for your overnight stay.

    Day 14Sawai Madhopur; Morning and Afternoon Jungle Safaris

    Day 15Drive from Sawai Madhopur to Karauli, Half Day Karauli Sightseeing

    After today’s breakfast, our tour executives will pick you up from the resort and will drive you to a remote town called Karauli. Located around 104km from Sawai Madhopur, Karauli is known for its devotion, rich history, culture and heritage. With Lord Krishna as the main deity, this scenic town is a true treasure trove of art, sculpture and architecture.

    Arriving in Karauli, you will be checked-in into a hotel, and will be later guided for a half-day sightseeing tour around the town. Drive and walk through the scenic lanes of Karauli; visit some of the royal establishments, enjoy its serenity, indulge in shopping in the local market, and return back to the hotel for your overnight stay.

    Day 16Drive from Karauli to Agra (via Fatehpur Sikri)

    On this day, your journey will take you to the magnificent city of Agra which was once a major destination among the Mughal emperors in India. On your way to this spectacular city, you will be visiting the historic ruins of Fatehpur Sikri. A 16th century township, Fatehpur Sikri was once the Mughal Capital of India, but was later abandoned due to the scarcity of water.

    Explore the historic ruins in Fatehpur Sikri along with the holy tomb of Sheikh SalimChisti, and continue towards your journey to Agra. Arriving in the city, you will be checked-in into a hotel where you can spend the rest of the day at total leisure.

    Day 17Full Day Agra Sightseeing

    The first part of today will be reserved for a guided tour of the wondrous Taj Mahal in Agra! With an early morning visit to this wonderful mausoleum built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, you will get to witness and feel why Taj Mahal is often called the ‘eternal symbol of love’!

    During the second half of the day, you will be visiting some of the other major attractions in Agra. Come evening, you will be guided back to the hotel for your overnights stay.

    Day 18Drive from Agra to Delhi, Departure from Delhi

    Today morning, you will be driven back to Delhi! Our tour representatives will pick you up from the hotel and drive you directly to Delhi Airport for your onward journey. In case, there is no available flight on this day, you can have a buffer day, and catch a flight on the next day.
