    ITINERARY DETAIL

    Day 1Arrival at the Jaipur Airport

    On your arrival at Jaipur airport, our representative will welcome you and lead you to your hotel. After completing your check-in procedure, you can head out to take a tour of the city.

    Your first destination for the day will be the City Palace. Be ready for a long walk tour because the City Palace complex is very vast. It consists of many courtyards, palaces and gardens within its compound itself. But it is said that the two main highlights of the palaces are the Mubarak Mahal and the Chandra Mahal.

    After you are done adoring the beauty of the palace, you can go on a shopping spree. There are numerous local shops situated right outside the gates of the palace.

    Later on, you can make your way back to the hotel for the night stay and of course dinner.

    Day 2Sightseeing in Jaipur

    For the sightseeing on day 2, your first destination will be Nahargarh Fort. So hurry up with breakfast and reach your destination to explore it further.

    The fort is the perfect place to get a panoramic view of Jaipur city. Each room in this fort is connected through common corridors and are decorated with delicate wall and ceiling paintings. Also, the jungles around the fort, during that era, served as popular hunting places for the Maharajas of Jaipur.

    Your next destination for the day is Chour Ghati. The trek allows one to explore the Sun temple, Chour palace and a lake in the woods. The view of the trail is so mesmerizing that you will want to explore this place again someday.

    Post this trekking tour, you can head towards the Jantar Mantar Observatory. The largest instruments in comparison to the 5 other observatories in India is located in Jaipur. In fact, it has been declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Jantar Mantar serves as one of the major tourist places in the city.

    After the tour of this observatory, you can head back to your hotel for the night stay.

    Day 3Travel Jaipur to Udaipur (394.9 km. / 6 hrs. 36 minutes)

    Today you will be making your way to the City of Lakes, Udaipur. You will be travelling by road and the distance you need to cover is 394.9 kms and it should take you roughly 6 hours 36 minutes.

    Upon your arrival, you can complete your check-in process and after some rest, you can head out to explore the city.

    You will first visit the Kumbhalgarh Fort. Being located on a hill of the Aravalli ranges, it offers a panoramic view of the surroundings. The fort is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, one of the most powerful kings of India. The fort houses many buildings inside its complex, namely; Badal Mahal, Kumbha Palace, Jain Temple and water reservoirs.

    End your day, by heading back to the hotel to catch up on some rest.

    Day 4Sightseeing in Udaipur

    Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and then re-start your city tour. Today you will be visiting Doodh Talai Musical Garden, Vintage Car Museum and the Fateh Sagar Lake.

    The first destination will be Sahelion Ki Bari. The Doodh Talai Musical garden is a rock and fountain garden which is a great place to relax and enjoy your day. One can see the wide expanse of the city from the garden and the view is picturesque.

    After spending some time at the temple, you will make your way towards the Vintage Car Museum. If you are an automobile lover then you are at the right place. The museum houses vintage and antique cars that were once used by the Maharajas of the state.

    Your next destination will be the Fateh Sagar Lake. Surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, it is the second largest artificial lake in the city and is known for its scenic beauty. The atmosphere here is calm, and you are bound to find yourself enthralled by the tranquillity this offers.

    End your day by heading back to your hotel for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 5Travel Udaipur to Jodhpur (250.6 km. / 4 hours)

    Make sure you have an early breakfast because today you will be travelling to Jodhpur, by road. The distance you need to cover is 250.6 kms and it should take you around 4 hours.

    Once you have settled in your hotel you can leave for the city tour. Your destination for the day will be the gigantic Mehrangarh Fort.

    The fort is so huge that there are seven gates, which can be used to enter the Mehrangarh Fort. But the fun fact is that these 7 gates are made by different rulers in honour of victory over Bikaner and Jaipur armies. Within the fort, there are a number of palaces you can scout.

    After this tiring visit, you can take some rest and have some dinner at your hotel.

    Day 6Sightseeing in Jodhpur

    Your day will begin with breakfast and later on, you can visit the Sardar Government Museum.

    The Government Museum houses around 400 sculptures, 10 ancient inscriptions, thousands of miniature paintings, ancient coins, metallic objects, arms, stuff toys, stone sculptures, inscriptions and other miscellaneous objects which are simply astonishing. That is like a really long list of things that one museum consists of, you must take a tour of place for sure.

    Later on, you can head towards the Khejarla Fort. The fort is nothing but a fairy-tale castle where the kings and queen and the royal family resided. The heritage fort is an ideal destination for those who wish to experience the rich cultural legacy of India. The fusion of royal and rural styles is what makes the fort so charming.

    Your last destination of the day will be the Balsamand Lake. Go there for the sunset. The lake is surrounded by the mountains and when the sun sets it looks like it is taking a dip in the azure lake and then vanishes slowly. You can spend some time at the lake and enjoy its tranquillity.

    Post this lovely day, you must head back to your hotel for the night.

    Day 7Travel Jodhpur to Jaisalmer (284.1 km. / 4 hours)

    Today you will be travelling to the last city of your tour, Jaisalmer. The distance you need to cover is around 284 kms and it should take you around 4 hours.

    After completing your check-in process, you must head out for the adventure sports activities organized for you in the Thar Desert. There is a list of sports you can pick from.
