Rajasthan State Archives

If visitors want to delve deep into the history of Rajasthan, they must visit the Rajasthan State Archives! Located in Bikaner city, it is an archive centre that houses innumerable records and collections of the bygone era. Records from the period of Mughal, Persian Farmans, Vakil Report, Akbarat, Arzdasht, Khatoot, and several others can be found in this archive centre.

A hub for the researchers and history lovers, Rajasthan State Archives also has documents and reports that belongs to the princely states of Rajasthan. Bahiat, Pattas, Parwanas, Rukkas, Chithiat, etc. can also be found in here. At present, Rajasthan State Archives has branches in seven other cities across the state.
